MARSHAL RANKS
1 Stripe — Explorer
Entry-level marshal who leads smaller groups and assists on organised drives.
2 Stripe — Ranger
Experienced leader who co-manages events and mentors Explorers.
3 Stripe — Marshal
Senior marshal responsible for full event management, safety, and convoy leadership.
How to become a Marshal?
Marshal ranks are awarded by the club leadership based on driving skill, event participation, and leadership qualities. Reach Ranger or Deputy level and show outstanding conduct on drives.
