DUBAI OFFROADERS MEMBERS ONLY TRIP.<\/strong><\/p>\n

TRIP CHARGES:
\n<\/strong>AED1,000\/- PER VEHICLE, FOR NON-DO MEMBERS, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE NUMBER OF PASSENGERS.
\n<\/strong>AED500\/- PER VEHICLE, FOR DO MEMBERS, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE NUMBER OF PASSENGERS.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meeting Time: 9:00 AM 0900HRS. on Saturday, the 16th of November ‘2024.
\nThe drive ends at 6:00 PM 1800Hrs. on Sunday, the 17th of November ‘2024.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. MAXIMUM 10 REGISTRATIONS.<\/li>\n
  2. MINIMUM OF 4 REGISTRATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE TRIP TO PROCEED.<\/li>\n
  3. Meeting Point: To be announced, through an exclusive WhatsApp group.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Accommodation type:
    \n<\/strong>– 2 day drive
    \n– One night Camping in the mountains.<\/p>\n

    Nature of the event:<\/strong>
    \n– Overland touring expedition.
    \n– Slow moving, exploring wadis, waterfalls, and mountain tracks and dunes.
    \n– Pure natural beauty.
    \n– Isolated remote parts of the desert.<\/p>\n

    Trip requirement:
    \n<\/u><\/em><\/strong>– Food and drink for 2 days (no grocery shops are available on the way).
    \n– Car tank full of fuel (no fuel stations are available on the way).
    \n– Camping equipment (no hotels are available on the way).<\/p>\n

    Terrain:<\/strong>
    \n– wadis and mountain tracks.
    \n– Easy dunes and soft sand from time to time.
    \n– Mostly following easy tracks.<\/p>\n

    Driving skill requirements:<\/strong>
    \nAll levels.<\/p>\n

    Trip’s main destinations:
    \n<\/strong>-Wadi Maidaq \u2013 Al Difayyin \u2013 Wadi Al Ghayl – Al Ghayl dunes<\/p>\n

    Trip management and preparations:<\/strong>
    \n– The leader has all the rights to change the trip plan, and route, or even suspend the trip according to safety, weather conditions, or according to the best for trip management without the approval of the participants.
    \n– Participants must support each other and support the trip leader in all cases.
    \n– a WhatsApp chat group will be created for communicating and discussing trip preparations.<\/p>\n

    Essential safety equipment:<\/strong>
    \n– First aid kit.
    \n– Fire extinguisher.
    \n– Safety goggles.
    \n– Safety triangle.<\/p>\n

    Trip safety rules:<\/strong>
    \n– Participants are not allowed to drive on high dunes without approval from the trip leader.
    \n– Participants must follow and commit to trip leader instructions in every case.
    \n– Participants must follow the route taken by the leader and never take their detours.
    \n– Participants must never leave the group without approval from the leader.
    \n– Participants must never behave in acts that might harm other people, nature, or vehicles during the trip.
    \n– Participants must maintain general manners of safety during the trip.
    \n– Emergency evacuation points (police, villages, oil fields\u2026 etc.) will be provided to all trip participants.<\/p>\n

    Vehicle requirements:<\/strong>
    \n– Vehicle must be in perfect driving condition, serviced, and checked properly weeks before the starting day.
    \n– Tires must offer a minimum of 50 % of tread depth or more to survive the trip.
    \n– Each car must carry a matching-sized spare wheel in good condition.
    \n– Trailers and caravans cannot join this trip.<\/p>\n

    Recovery tools:<\/strong>
    \n– Basic recovery tools (Shovel, rope, shackles, boards\u2026 etc.).
    \n-Suggested camping gear list to be provided to participants.<\/p>\n

    Car repair tools:<\/strong>
    \n– Basic tool set (tools, bolts, nuts, zip ties\u2026 etc.)
    \n– Engine oil, coolant\u2026etc
    \n-Suggested tools list to be provided to participants.<\/p>\n

    Camping equipment:<\/strong>
    \n– Basic camping tools (tent, chair, table, lights\u2026 etc.).
    \n– Portable shower and water containers.
    \n-Suggested camping gear list to be provided to participants.<\/p>\n

    IMPORTANT:<\/strong>
    \na. The Driver of the vehicle must have a Valid UAE\/ OMAN Driving License and the vehicle, Driver, and passengers must be covered by an appropriate insurance cover.
    \nb. The Driver and all passengers of the vehicle should have read and be aware of the disclaimer of Dubai Offroaders, that they indemnify all the officials and Marshals of Dubai Offroaders and that they bear full responsibility for any risk of property damage, bodily injury, or death while participating in this Adventure sport.
    \nc. This drive is not recommended for children under the age of 3 years.
    \nd. Any child on the drive must be secured in an age-appropriate car seat or booster seat.
    \ne. Seat belts must always be worn by the Driver and all\/ any passengers.<\/p>\n
