1. Introduction
Welcome to Dubai Offroaders. By accessing our website, registering as a member, or participating in any of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Important
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dubai Offroaders. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services or participate in our events.2. Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who possess a valid UAE driving license and own a 4x4 vehicle with low-range gearing capability (4L). AWD vehicles are not permitted on official drives for safety reasons. All members must be at least 18 years of age to register as a driver.
3. Accounts & Membership
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.Dubai Offroaders operates under a tiered hierarchy of drivers (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert). Your tier is determined solely by our certified Marshals based on your demonstrated skill and experience.
4. Bookings & Events
Event spots are limited and operate on a first-come, first-served basis through our online portal.
If you book a spot and fail to attend without prior notice ("no-show"), your account may be temporarily suspended from booking future events. For information on cancellations and refunds, please review our Refund Policy.
5. Code of Conduct
We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly community. Any form of reckless driving, environmental damage (such as littering in the desert), or disrespectful behavior towards other members or the public will not be tolerated.
Warning
Failure to follow Marshal instructions may result in immediate expulsion from the drive and permanent revocation of membership.6. Limitation of Liability
Off-roading is an inherently dangerous activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with desert driving, including vehicle damage, personal injury, or death.
Dubai Offroaders, its organizers, Marshals, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during an event. All participants are required to sign a formal Waiver prior to joining any drive.
