Drive Bookings
More than 48 hours notice: You will receive a full Club Credit to your account, valid for 6 months, which can be used for any future drive.
Less than 48 hours notice: No refund or credit will be issued. (The spot cannot easily be filled by another driver).
No-show: No refund. Repeated no-shows may result in booking suspensions.

4. Exceptions & Weather
Safety is our ultimate priority. If the Chief Marshal cancels a drive due to severe weather (e.g., dense fog, extreme heat warnings, heavy rain), all registered participants will automatically receive their choice of a full refund or Club Credit.
