TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for membership, participating in any training course, event, drive, expedition, workshop, or activity organized by Dubai Offroaders ("Company"), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must:

• Hold a valid driving licence recognized in the UAE.
• Operate a legally registered and insured vehicle.
• Meet all vehicle and equipment requirements communicated by Dubai Offroaders.
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age unless expressly approved in writing.

3. COMPLIANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS

• Participants shall comply with all instructions issued by instructors, marshals, lead drivers, safety officers, and authorized representatives of Dubai Offroaders.
• Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.

4. SAFETY PRIORITY

• Safety decisions made by Dubai Offroaders personnel are final and binding.
• The Company reserves the right to prohibit participation by any individual or vehicle considered unsafe.

5. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are solely responsible for:

• Their own actions and decisions.
• Vehicle maintenance and roadworthiness.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Any fines, penalties, damages, or liabilities arising from their conduct.

6. MODIFICATION OF ACTIVITIES

Dubai Offroaders reserves the right to alter routes, schedules, instructors, venues, training content, and event formats at its discretion.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All course materials, training content, logos, branding, photographs, videos, and instructional materials remain the exclusive property of Dubai Offroaders.
• No material may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
