No engine lights, clean fluids, and secure battery.

Fuel tank is full

Never depend on finding fuel near the meeting point.

Tyre pressure equipment is available

Reliable deflator and compressor packed.

Recovery points are accessible

Front and rear points are clear of covers.

Required recovery equipment is packed

Kinetic rope and soft shackles are loaded.

Radio device is ready

UHF/VHF radio is charged and programmed.

Sufficient water is packed

Enough hydration for all passengers for 24 hours.

Route and meeting point are understood

GPS coordinates downloaded for offline use.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Your Vehicle Is Part of the Safety System

Strict requirements ensure the convoy moves efficiently and safely.

Cooling System

No leaks, fully pressurized, dual fans recommended.

Recovery Points

Must be securely chassis-mounted. Tie-down loops are strictly prohibited.

All-Terrain Tyres

Minimum 50% tread depth. Highway (HT) tyres are strictly prohibited.

Ground Clearance

Minimum 10 inches required for Intermediate and Advanced drives.

UHF/VHF Radio

Programmed to official DO frequencies. Minimum 5W transmission power.

Spare Tyre

Must be full size, fully inflated, and easily accessible without tools.

  • Rated front & rear recovery points
  • Kinetic recovery rope & soft shackles
  • Reliable air compressor & deflator
  • Programmed UHF/VHF radio
  • Minimum 2.5m safety flag

Not Allowed

  • Road/Highway tyres
  • Leaking fluids or active engine codes
  • Loose internal cargo
  • Tow balls used for recovery
