SAFETY RULES AND PARTICIPANT CODE OF CONDUCT

PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS

Participants shall:

• Follow marshal and instructor instructions at all times.
• Maintain respectful conduct toward all participants.
• Refrain from reckless or dangerous driving.
• Avoid alcohol, narcotics, or impairing substances before or during activities.
• Respect private property, wildlife, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain required safety equipment.
• Report vehicle defects or safety concerns immediately.

ENFORCEMENT

Dubai Offroaders reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership or participation for violations of this Code.

Such suspension or termination may occur without refund.

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent exclusion from all Dubai Offroaders activities.
