VEHICLE DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

Participants acknowledge that off-road driving may result in:

  • Scratches and paint damage.
  • Tire damage.
  • Mechanical failures.
  • Suspension damage.
  • Undercarriage impacts.
  • Recovery-related damage.

Dubai Offroaders provides instruction and guidance only and does not guarantee the prevention of vehicle damage.

Participants accept full responsibility for all repair, recovery, insurance, towing, and replacement costs relating to their vehicle.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information including your name, contact details, vehicle information, and emergency contact details for the purpose of administering membership, training, and events.

2. Use of Information

Personal data is used solely for operational purposes including event registration, membership management, safety communications, and service delivery. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

4. Your Rights

5. Communications

By registering, you consent to receive operational communications via email and WhatsApp. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

MEDIA RELEASE

By participating in Dubai Offroaders activities, the participant grants Dubai Offroaders a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use photographs, videos, recordings, and any other media captured during activities for:

  • Social media and digital marketing.
  • Promotional materials.
  • Training and educational content.
  • Press and media publications.

The participant waives any right to compensation or approval of such content. If you do not consent to media use, you must notify Dubai Offroaders in writing prior to participation.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All members, participants, and guests are expected to uphold the following standards at all times:

1. Respect

Treat all participants, instructors, marshals, and third parties with courtesy and professionalism regardless of skill level, background, or experience.

2. Safety First

Follow all safety briefings and instructions. Never perform manoeuvres that endanger yourself or others. Report any hazards immediately to the marshal or instructor.

3. Environmental Responsibility

Leave no trace. Do not damage terrain, vegetation, or wildlife. Remove all waste and respect protected areas.

4. Vehicle Readiness

Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy, insured, and equipped as specified before each activity. Arrive on time and prepared.

5. No Reckless Behaviour

Reckless driving, racing, substance use, harassment, or any behaviour deemed unsafe or disrespectful will result in immediate removal without refund and potential ban from future activities.

6. Group Cohesion

Stay with the convoy unless instructed otherwise. Do not leave participants behind. Support fellow members in recovery situations.
