Fellow offroaders — as we enjoy the beautiful deserts of the UAE, let's make sure we leave them in the same condition we found them. **Leave No Trace Principles for Desert Driving:** 1. **Pack it in, pack it out** — Every piece of rubbish, every food wrapper, every bottle cap. 2. **Don't damage vegetation** — Ghaf trees and desert plants take decades to grow. Drive around them. 3. **No campfire scars** — Use a fire pit or portable stove. Scatter ash if you must have an open fire. 4. **Respect wildlife** — Camels, foxes, reptiles — give them space and don't feed them. 5. **Stick to existing tracks** — Creating new tyre tracks damages the desert crust. 6. **Human waste** — If there are no facilities, bury it 15cm deep and 60m from any camp or water. The desert is a privilege, not a right. Let's protect it for future generations. 🌿
