ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
Important Notice
Off-road driving, vehicle recovery, desert driving, overlanding, and related activities involve inherent risks that may result in serious injury, permanent disability, death, property damage, or financial loss.
By participating in any Dubai Offroaders activity, the participant acknowledges and agrees as follows:
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle rollovers.
- Vehicle collisions.
- Mechanical failures.
- Recovery-related incidents.
- Environmental hazards.
- Extreme weather conditions.
- Injuries caused by participant error or third-party actions.
2. RELEASE
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant releases and discharges Dubai Offroaders, its directors, officers, instructors, Marshals, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from liability for any injury, loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from participation.
3. INDEMNITY
The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dubai Offroaders against claims, demands, losses, legal costs, and liabilities arising from:
- The participant's actions or omissions.
- Damage caused by the participant.
- Breach of any Dubai Offroaders policy or instruction.
4. MEDICAL FITNESS
Participants confirm they are physically and mentally fit to participate and have disclosed any medical condition that could affect safety.
5. EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT
In the event of an emergency, Dubai Offroaders may arrange medical assistance at the participant's expense.
6. BINDING AGREEMENT
This waiver is binding upon the participant, their heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
