PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA RELEASE

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS
Participants grant Dubai Offroaders a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, and use images, video footage, audio recordings, and likenesses captured during activities for promotional, educational, marketing, and social media purposes.
2. WAIVER OF COMPENSATION
Participants waive any claim to compensation arising from such use.
3. OPT-OUT
Participants who do not wish to appear in media content must notify Dubai Offroaders in writing before the event.
