“Seb Nohse Sting Grey 392 Motorhead at heart, dune lover by choice. One rule on every drive: learn something. The desert rarely lets me skip that lesson. My co-pilot is my son Jax or Coco, our French bulldog, whoever gets out of bed first. The coffee comes either way. I enjoy a slow sunset run as much as a V8 day with "Highway to Hell" on. We're guests out there, so I leave the sand as I found it, minus the tire tracks. Off the sand I'm a dad, a husband and a chef by trade, now building restaurants and opening hotels.
