    This is not the metro, but part of the Defence R/A interchange,
    the one just in front of Burj Dubai, incidently visible from the balcony of our house, too.
    the poles supporting the column collapsed, apparently.
    I do not really know what to say… 😮

    The columns of the interchange & the metro are very close together, that’s why it looks like that…
    Fortunately when the section did fall it missed the Metro columns, or they too may have been damaged,
    An Italian Company Salini is undertaking the Defence R/A interchange project,
    In fact one can see the top of Dusit Dubai in some of the pics…
