    Had another post to explain that i feel bad, but had some Bad words so it was removed, anyway im being an angel now and im being sweet, could you pls share with the members what do u do when u feel bad, carefull no bad words. Hope u like that Admins

    If the weather permits…go to Safa Park…take 2 rounds,
    otherwise put on some cheeky Hindi Masala(Spicy) songs on the telly & run on the treadmill for an hour…
    Clears up the mind…recommended once daily 😀
