Day and date: Thursday 24th April 2014
Drive Type: inter-Advance
NO ADDITIONAL LIGHTS = NO NIGHT DRIVE
Meeting Point: only to selected members
Meeting Time: 18.30pm
Drive Start: 18.45pm sharp
Drive Route &Terrain: High Dunes, Side Sloping, Steep Drops, Ridge Riding, Cresting
Drive expected finish point: NOT SURE
Duration: UNKNOWNChecklist:-
a) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard.
b) Carry compressor with you and ensure it’s in working condition.
c) Ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
d) Compatible Radio is a must.
e) Carry all necessary off-road gears / recovery equipment in good condition.
f) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).Please read the following and register for the drive:-

Guys, why don’t we combine Zak’s idea for those that can and have a few hours in the light then meet up with those who can only come after work and have the night drive from 6.30pm?
Can get a few hours in both conditions then, just need to arrange the same area. Which of course is a secret, as is the exit point, or if we will even make it out of the desert at all !!!! 😕 😮
@faheem : I finish work at 6:00 p.m. How will I make it for a 6:30 p.m. trip? :-\
I request for a late start for night drives from next week as I can’t make it this week due to a family dinner on Thursday.
@firoz : Any Friday morning drive? We are getting spoilt, aren’t we with our demands? 😀 😀
On the whole, it’s great for members to have various options for drives. So far we have a Thursday afternoon drive, Thursday night drive, Friday afternoon drive. Who knows, somebody might just post a Friday morning drive or a Saturday drive 😉
Night Drive is called Night Drive if it starts in Dark =)) =)) =)) …6.30pm is a late evening Drive. 😉 😉 😉
