Friday-January 16th- Sweihan- Intermediate / Advance Drive

    Day and Date: Friday 16th Januray 2015
    Drive Type: Intermediate / Advance

    Meeting Point:
    Google Maps – 24.401754, 55.376311
    GPS – N24° 23.943′ E55° 22.559′

    Drive Type: Intermediate and upwards depending on convoy performance

    Meeting Point:
    A very unique drive in soft sand with massive dunes and bowls and knife like ridges.
    This is an intermediate/advanced drive and the convoy will be limited number of cars, so first come first..So Hurry up..
    Meeting Time : 13:00 (This would be approx 90 mins drive from Dubai,Please plan accordingly to reach on time)
    Drive Start: 13:15 sharp
    Drive Route &Terrain: Certainly Sand is Guaranteed
    Duration: 3-4 hours minimum (Before Sundown)

    Checklist:-

    a) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard.
    b) Carry compressor with you and ensure it’s in WORKING condition.
    c) Ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
    d) Compatible Radio is a must.
    e) Carry all necessary off-road gears / recovery equipment in good condition.
    f) Ensure your Car’s Front and rear Snatch Hooks are perfect in shape.
    g) Child /Booster seats are must for Children below age of 6 inside the car.
    h) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).

    will restart the morning drives soon..Was busy with work due to year end closing activities since 3 weeks…

    Looks like a good line up for some Friday fun.

    And please don’t forget this is at least 1.5hrs to 2hrs drive depending on where you live and which route you take.

    Nice pictures asen. I am surprised how u managed such beautiful pic in this drive. It would be better if you add this to DO fb page.

    it wasn’t easy being 2/3 lead but managed to get some. i may need some deviation during the drive to capture some action.
