Raiders on Camel Rock on 8th of July 2011,
A fast paced drive over the sharp ridges & soft Dunes of the Camel Rock area,
the drive is open to all but we will have 2 convoys one for the newbies/ fewbies & the other for the advanced drivers.
Meeting point: Emarat on Sharjah – Kalba Road, just off the Dubai By Pass Road.
Meeting time:1545 Hrs.
Departure time: 1600 Hrs. (Sharp with no delays)
Requirements: Basic Recovery Tools must be available in each vehicle, all vehicles must make sure that a recovery point is available on both, the front and the back ends.
Estimated time of completion : Sunset around 1900Hrs.Please read the trip rules before confirming for the drive.

Even then one has to make sure that the child is securely strapped in a suitable restraint system corresponding to their age.
My recommendation is in fact that a child seat or a bolster/ support cushion should be used & a child secured properly even while driving on road till they are at least 1.5m tall, which is when the standard restraint systems of the car would be sufficient. -
