    Drive Type: multiple level drive (depending on marshal availability)
    Meeting Point: Tawi Ghadaya (on E44 Hatta Oman Rd.)
    Google maps users (just copy and paste in Google maps): 24.909062, 55.738267
    GPS users: N24° 54.537′ E55° 44.293′

    Meeting Time: 3:20 pm
    Drive Start: 3:45 pm
    Drive End: 7:30 – sundown
    Duration: ~ 3:00+ hrs
    Drive Route: Tawi Ghadaya – nearby exit towards Al Shuwaib
    Drive Terrain: Big dunes/Bowls

    Checklist:
    a) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard.
    b) Carry air compressor with you and ensure it’s in working condition.
    c) Ensure your 4×4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
    d) Compatible Radio is a must.
    e) Carry all necessary off-road gear / recovery equipment in good working condition.
    f) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).

    Hi Joe.

    There is no option to register for this drive…. It doesnt show an option like the night drive registration. Looking forward 😉

    Sorry guys gotta pull from this one; my two teenage passengers are due to fly back to Ireland from Dubai tonight and we decided the timings are a bit too tight ……
    I’d hate to be stuck in a hole in the sand when I should be on my way to the airport with them :-I

    trip report (fewbee) : it was a great drive …we had a couple of stucks and second attempts but that’s how all learns by experiencing it and watching others do also …we entered around 4 and exit at 9 ;20 pm that’s what was very interesting ,atleast for me I enjoy the longer I stay in the desert .we had some really nice dunes , we had a chance to try the superbowl and got some nice snaps and as the sand was soft the thrill was more .. yohan and saif was our marshals both had done really great job . waiting to drive with you guys again..great drive
