Is there a good capming site on your way to Musandam which is safe for families with kids?? I am basically interested on the beach side after we cross the Oman border (somewhere on the scenic drive with beach on the left and mountains on the right)…
Not yet decided, but thinking of using the long Eid break (mid-Oct)…
Any help in this regard will be great. With some way point / coordinates, if possible.
I am also told that there is one camping area very close to Golden Tulip area… Way point / coordinates of this will also be of help…

I have sent you an e-mail for a camping spot high up on the Musandam Pleateu.
I have not listed it here as this is a public forum open to viewing by anybody…even non DO members and good camping spots should be kept a secret…as long as possible. 😉
