Second day is at leisure as we would wrap up the camps after a nice breakfast followed by another leg of the drive and a stop at the Dibba beach and fish market. However you guys can drive back early if you would like to. I hope this would help.

My weekends are causing me problems, this week we are off on friday & saturday. I think by March 2009 we will go back to normal weekend (i.e. Friday & Saturday). :yesss:

U may consider a day trip as a few others r doing it.
Some people raised concerns about the unsettled weather in the region these days. Here is the forecast for RAK over the weekend

Hi guys…
Please make sure that each of us (Car) will be carrying at least one bundle of fire wood. B’coz we are expecting the temperature of 7 to 9 degree at night and we should have enough wood….
I thought I’ll just throw a final message to highlight a few things.
1- It is very IMPORTANT to reach the meeting point in time. CONVOY WILL LEAVE ON THE GIVEN TIME.
2- Carry warm cloths according to your resistance to the current weather.
3- Carry some wood to make camp fire.
4- One should get some ready made lunch that we could all share. Ideally, carry for members of your vehicle plus 20% extra for share. For diner one could either cook at the site or have ready made again.
5- If we prepare breakfast at the site that would be nice.
