    Intermediate Drive Nahil to Al Naqrah To Al’ Ain led By Mr. Salim Khan.
    Please note that this is an intermediate Drive so newbies may not register, fewbies & intermediate / advance drivers welcome.

    Meeting Point Adnoc Al Hayer 24 37’15.17 N 55 44’00.00 E
    Meeting Time 1455Hrs.
    Departure Time 1500Hrs.
    Approx. End time/ Exit on to the Road @ 1800 Hrs.

    Was at Adnoc Al Hayer at 15:00 sharp. No one was there !!! waited 10 min as usual… and then called the leader of the trip… I ve been then told that they all met at Adnoc that this right after Al Faqaa !!! How come everybody knew except me !!!…

    Well !! this is definetely not Adnoc Al Hayer which is 25 km further away.

    Agreed with the leader to then meet at the above mentioned coordinates, which happen to be just across the highway from Adnoc Al Hayer (just check in google earth), waited there for an additional hour till 16:00… then called the leader again…

    He mentioned that they are on their way … waited an other hour till 17:00hr (I know it s stupid I should have left already)… Then left … after letting the leader know by SMS that this is really not appreciated !!!

    As far as I know this is against the values of that club … Rigor and Discipline are key for the continuity of this club …

    Summary: I wasted my time big time !!! not to mention that the meeting point is almost 80km away from Dubai …

    Anyways, no more comments

    Sorry to hear about this khalil. first time in our club history this is happening. giving wrong co ordinates, even i have got a call from some one else. who drove around 50 KM for no reason….

    This is not the first time…it happened with Khalil earlier as well…Khalid joined us on the drive after a couple of calls so there WAS a reason…
