    In Summary:

    Car Age < 10yrs = Sell/Drive/Scrap/Export
    Car Age > 10yrs = Drive/Scrap/Export
    Car Age > 20yrs = Scrap/Export

    Taxi Age > 5yrs = Scrap/Export

    Imported Car Age > 5yrs = Scrap/Export ??
    That last one doesnt make sense… does that mean the grey imports in Abu Shaghara?
