All participants gathered at the assembly point in time and proceeded to the deflation point by 2.15pm. At the deflation point, the convey was divided into two groups – Fewbees and Intermediate.
I was with the intermediate group led by Ahmed Bhai and Tushar on sweep.
We hit the sand by 3pm and had a wonderful drive. Though we had few hicups, the drive was really interesting to tackle the tricky dunes and climbs set by Ahmed Bhai in the lead. We didnt spent much time at the play area (Iftar Bowl) since the fewbee convey couldn’t reach upto Iftar Bowl. We reached the inflation point by 5.45 pm and were joined by the fewbee convey.

Well done guys!!! Couldn’t reach on time so I joined some other freinds at 3:30 pm went from Supper Bowl to Pyramids it was nice drive and we finished by 6:30!!! Looking forward to catch you up someday!!!
Atlast I have also started experiencing the risk and tricks involved in the sand driving. It is not what we see from the outside tarmac. I am very much thankfull to the marshalls of DOR team doing such a wonderful task in helping and teaching the newbees. I very much appreciate their patience.
I would like to thank Mr. Saif especially for helping me out in difficult situations. Once again thanks to all the guys involved and look forward for more entertainment without giving the marshalls a tough time.

Guys…..Apart from the supervision and awesome training from you guys…i think i also have to take some professional photography trianing from Tushar……love the way he takes the pictures…..too good Tushar..
