Probably this will be the first 2012 Ramadan Drive as Ramadan is expected to begin from Friday, 20/07/2012.
Day and date : Friday, 20th July 2012
Meeting Time : 5.45am

Drive Start: 6.00am
Drive Finish: 9.00am
Area: Fossil Rock – Al FayaPlease ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel (http://goo.gl/maps/z4Ss)

All interested members to register for the drive by Thursday afternoon and the convoy allotment will be done by 5pm. Lead marshal of the respective convoy will decide the appropriate route, as per the skill level of the participants.
In case a member is unable to register before convoy allocation, he/she can report directly at the meeting point in time and the lead marshal(s) will decide the convoy for the member.
Please strictly abide to the Rules of the Trip. You may contact your convoy staff for support and further details.
Marshals are requested to check the equipment of all members of their respective convoy. (All marshals – kindly confirm your participation)

No excuse for non fasting marshals during Ramadan for both morning and night drives :p If Sam can’t make it, lets change the meeting point to Sattu’s or Tushar’s residence to drag them out for the drive :))

Here is my thought on this:
Would be great to make 2 convoys…. :drive: :drive: so….if you were promoted to Marshal and happily accepted the BIG challenge ….suck it up! and be there at 6AM! 😀 (this is not for you Kumar 🙂 )
Lets meet at Khalil’s house. He is an early bird! And after the drive we go and have breakfast at his house….
