    Drive Type: Newbie – Fewbie – Inter/Advanced

    Meeting Point: Al Badayer on Dubai-Hatta road (E44)
    Google maps users: 24.959253, 55.701306 /degrees (DD.ddddd°) just copy and paste in Google maps
    GPS users: 24°57’33.31″N, 55°42’4.70″E /degrees, minutes (DD°MM.mmm’)

    Meeting Time: 02:15 pm
    Drive Start: 02:30 pm, sharp!
    Drive End: 06:30 pm – sunset
    Duration: 3 hours minimum

    Drive Route: Al Badayer to Al Shuwaib/Al Faqa
    Drive Terrain: soft dunes, Side Sloping, Ridge Riding
    Finishing point: Al Shuwaib at (E55) / Al Faqa (E66)

    Checklist:
    a) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard.
    b) Carry air compressor with you and ensure it’s in working condition.
    c) Ensure your 4×4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
    d) Compatible Radio is a must.
    e) Carry all necessary off-road gear / recovery equipment in good working condition.
    f) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).

    Great line-up so far :yesss:

    Just a remark, meeting point is ~500 m before Badayer shops, taking the exit before the bridge (just near the quad rent place)
    In case you miss it, no issue, you can come back on the service road from Badayer shops

    yes indeed 🙂
    but as the drive has reached a sufficient number of registrations, we had to lock it for newbie/fewbie, keeping things under control.
    however it is still open for all other groups and registrations are welcome.
    apologies if this comes at any inconvenience to some of you out there… pls try to register earlier for future drives 🙂

    Great drive today… Thank you Zach for Leading and Joe for sweeping.

    Big convoy today, lots of bowls and side sloping. Was a smooth ride with very few incidents (couple of Pop outs) that were easily taken care of.

    Thanks again and see you in the sand soon.

    Lovely drive today, got some great shots on the camera and the phone, awesome lead, great route and scenic views and I really enjoyed the pace and the time keeping.

    I really enjoyed the drive.The pace of the convoy and the track were really good chosen.
