Using different channels during DO trips

Hi Marshals,
During the last two trips it happened that 2 different groups where using the same radio channel.
I think there is a very simple solution for this. Why not giving every driver group a fixed channel. My proposal would be:
Newbie group one channel 1, Newbie group 2 channel 3 and newbie group 3 channel 5 (if assume there will be no more than 3 Newbie groups during one trip).
Fewbie would use chanel 6 and 8
Intermediate chanel 9 and 10.
Just an idea but I think it is a simple way of solving the problem having two groups on the same channel. B-)
