Salam to all the fans and club members. My name is Ghassan and I am new to your club. Been on several drives so far with another club, fantastic people as you are, yet looking for more friends and different experiences. I drive a Golden Disco 1 , and I am happy with it, yet looking for other Landies drivers as well to join them for drives. The only thing is I can only attend early morning drives as I do work on Fridays 🙁
So any drives on early morning!!!

Thank you Ali for your welcome. Unfortumately verry difficult to skip work on Friday for an afternoon Drive , yet more flexible for a Satirday drives if any . My Day Off 🙂
I have been planning for a while to do a few early morning drives. We used to have lovely early morning drives. What level are you? We can go for an early morning drive. Will be fun. What level in sand driving do you consider yourself to be?
Thank you Hamza for your nice suggestion, I have been on several drives so far , Fossil Rock , Faya, Camel Rock, Area 53, Iftar Bowl , yet never been to Swaihan or Liwa and missed Shwaib. I can say Fewbie gearing up toward intermediate.
I’ve been lurking here for quite some weeks, looking for a drive that I could join. For numerous reasons, all of them having to do with my schedule, I haven’t yet found one. I’d like to jump in here, though, and add my support for morning drives, on Friday or Saturday. My driving profile is very similar to Ghassan’s.

Thank you Hamza ! Now we have another interested member RAKdoodle ! Hope to have more interest from other members! This week I am already committed for a morning drive with some friends !
Come on Guys, I can’t believe that out of 700 members in the club only 3 are interested in joining some healthy early morning drives. You can’t be too lazy as such !!! Catching morning breeze is priceless !!!
Don’t worry Gas, once posted you’ll see many interrested.
I will certainly join … It is indeed a very different experience, very pleasant … and especially you can go to those areas that are usually crowded in the evening among others … Big red is one of them 🙂 … just some hints…

It was great reactivated initiative that was supported with quite number of takers. Yet hope that we can start even a bit earlier i.e. by 6:00-6:30 am and finish max by 9:00-9:30 am and have enough time to tackle any emergency. Hope I have some support in this suggestion. Family morning drives are totally different issue.
^You have my support but really, the time and venue is the lead Marshal’s call. I am not gonna be able to lead any morning drives for a while as I will be traveling.
We will leave it for the brave hearted and real takers !!! Thanks again for the support !
