How do we move from one category to the next one? Is it how we feel or how a Marshal see us? Do we wait till a Marshal tells us to go to the next level or we just try the next level?
You seek advice from the lead marshal and he will discuss with the other marshals about your improvements and weaknesses and guide you accordingly.
Oh and Robinson, about your request of using the real names, I cannot give you the pictures of all the members along with their real names. But now you will always know the staff on the drive. The modification on the website was kind of inspired by your request 🙂 Hope you feel better about it now 🙂

There was a similar question some time back…basically answered in response to somebody’s query on how one qualifies to be a Marshal…

The upgrades are definitely not dependent on the number of drives that one may attend as we have seen a number of drivers who have been offroading for years and are still not suitable for a promotion 😮
and basically…the Marshals are always looking for potential upgrades with talent and initiative…
so do not worry…you will not have to ask You will know…when the time is right 🙂Best of Luck !!!
