i think if we have a small space showing the newest member who joined by date with their user name on a rolling basis,
it will show who and how many members joing each day or week .
then the marshals can arrange for to prepare a trip for 1st times with instruction breifing of 30 to 45 mints.
so all new comers benefit from it, in their 1st trip and beyond.

Yes, we already have this feature in our website. On accessing “Members” you will be able to see the complete list of active members.
To check newest members, click the last page which will provide full information including registration time 😀 Thanks to Hamza.Best Regards
