Saturday Afternoon Fast Paced Intermediate Drive on 23/02/2013 :drive: :drive: :drive:
Day and date : Saturday, 23rd February 2013
Drive Type : Intermediate Level – Not suitable for newbies and first timers
Meeting Point : Eppco Petrol Pump after Dubai Outlet Mall
Meeting Coordinates: N24 57.528 E55 29.833 Format: hddd.mm.mmm
Meeting Time : 1:30 pm
Drive Start: 2.00 pm (sharp)
Drive Terrain: Dunes and Bowls
Duration: 3 hours minimumChecklist:-
a) Ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
b) Compatible Radio.
c) Carry all necessary offroad gears, in good condition.
d) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).
e) Full Tank Fuel.Please read the following and register for the drive:-

I should be able to follow…but your decision if I should be in or out.
BTW Friday I will join Ahmad’s drive.

This is going to be a really fast paced drive with soft sand, dunes and bowl. Not suitable for new bees and few bees. As always exceptions are there..
So pls don’t be dishearted if you are not selected which is for your own safety even though you are able to do the registration.

As this drive is classified by you as an Intermediate drive, would only suggest that you request Hamza to move this to the appropriate section rather than having it in the “Learner Trips” section. Its best to make proper use of the clubs classifications and systems.
The above is only a suggestion keeping safety in mind. Eventual call is yours as the Lead Marshal. Drive safe brother and enjoy.
Humayun is having something in mind..as a better judge & vehicle capability he can divide the convoy as last time he did..Many experienced (with other clubs) peoples are still in newbees…

Thanks for your message. I thought about it initially but unfortunately there are some good drivers in learners category who have picked up this sport fast and their skill is of advance level now. They will not be able to register if we move this drive post to intermediate untill they are promoted (some of the members promotion is under process).
