Drive Type : Strictly for Intermediate Level
Meeting Point : TBD
Meeting Time : 7:00 am
Drive Start: 7.15 am
Drive Route: TBD
Drive Terrain: Dunes, Dunes Dunes…….. 😉
Duration: 4 hours minimumChecklist:-
a) Ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
b) Compatible Radio is a must.
c) Carry all necessary offroad gears, in good condition.
d) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).Please read the following and register for the drive:-

I have a suggestion as we have a limited number of drivers. I suggest to start the drive as planned and in the middle of the route trip after a small break to give three or four different co-ordinates within a reasonable and safety diameter where each driver should reach and take a picture for his car near the target spot then proceed to the other point and then we can all gather in the meeting point where you will be acting as a moderator or supervisor.
I believe this will enhance driver capabilities to navigate and depend on self-recovery techniques. ( meanwhile you or the designated sweep will be available within the area to provide the support if required.) In case this will not break the rules of safety then it will be really great adventure.

Hey Musbah, Thanks for the suggestion and we did it successfully in the past, couple of times. But the area i thought for this drive may not be ideal to take any chances.
Will plan such a training drive very soon when we have more cars to split in couple of convoys to lead by turn :-BD
