Full Day Learner’s + Intermediate Adventure Drive to the Sand Mountain on Friday the 29th of November 2013.
Meeting Place: Al Faq’aa Mosque ( Take right exit on Al Ain road towards Al Faqa and then take right after crossing Al Faqa Police Station Mosque will be on your left )
Meeting Time 09:45Hrs.
Drive Starts: 10:00Hrs.
Drive Ends: 17:00Hrs. At Sunset Approximately.Drive Type: Newbie / Intermediate.
Terrain: Tracks & Dunes in some of the most picturesque and large Dunes nearer to Dubai.This Drive will start in Al Faq’aa which is an interesting area with some high Dunes, some tricky very soft white sands areas that requires technical driving and very quick responses and co-ordination. We will then cross over to the Sand Mountain Area with it’s Red Liwa’esque tall dunes.
This will be an interesting drive which will test out the mettle of all whether new drivers or experienced.
Lunch and Friday prayers will be out in the desert so please plan accordingly.All Senior Members and Marshals are most welcome to join.
Please carry enough water and food stuff for yourself and your passengers. Make sure your car is in good condition. Your car must be equipped with front and rear towing point and with the necessary Offroad Gear.

We can try & see if we can introduce that option…but it might be a bit cumbersome…as we all know with experience that it is very difficult to predict the passage of the convoy at any particular spot with any accuracy.

My suggestion would be you do the registration and lets see how many requests come up for joining the convoy in the afternoon. Depending on the need we can figure out possibility

i’ve registered for my husband with my name because he doesn’t have a facebook account to register with. would that be okay?
