Firstly apologies if this has been asked previously – I’ve had a search but can’t find anything, feel free just to point me to the correct thread if so.

I’m currently running my Nissan Patrol on 305/70R16 Cooper Discoverer STTs, but they’re not the right tyre for me, just too loud on the road. I don’t do many miles in the car and am on road more than off. I am looking for a good all round 33″ tyre that I can use for the sand, mountains and also isn’t going to kill me with noise getting about town. Would also prefer something on the cheaper end, though conscious you probably get what you pay for. Was thinking perhaps some Nittos, but unsure as to model and am also happy to buy used if anyone is selling. Any ideas/other suggestions?

    Thanks!

Hi Joseph. I am running Yokohama on my vehicle and quite happy with the quietness and the cost that they came at. Michelin are the best for comfort on the road, however they will make you laugh when they tell you the price of each tire. That’s what happened with me lol 😉

As you said in your post, that you are looking towards the cheaper side. I suggest Yokohama Geolandar A/T-S. Those are good all round tires, quite pocket friendly too. I got each tire at AED 420 for my Jeep Grand Cherokee.
