HERE COMES THE 1st MUSICAL NIGHT OF DUBAI OFFROADERS FOLLOWED BY BBQ AND CAMPING

(Those who do not have 4X4, cheer up! Just reach at the meeting point and we will escort you in our 4X4 to the venue)

Day and date: Thursday 30th October 2014

Meeting Point: 24.997924, 55.661635 Tawi Nizwa Shops
Meeting Time: 8:00 pm

Event Start: 9:00 pm

Event Ends: Mid Night (those want to camp, can camp and those want to leave will be escorted back to their cars)
Program:
The 1st convoy will leave from the meeting point to the venue @ 8:15 pm and the last convoy will leave @ 8:45

Food & Refreshments

Bring your own food and BBQ equipment (if you want to do the BBQ) + water and refreshments.
Carry the camping equipment if you plan to camp.

Please bring one garbage bag as well.

Music system will be on place, feel free to bring your favorite tracks.

Checklist:-
a) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard.
b) Carry compressor with you and ensure its in working condition.
c) Ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with full fuel tank.
d) Compatible Radio is a must.
e) Carry all necessary offroad gears / recovery equipment in good condition.
f) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).
