    Family Event

    Traditional Basant shower in the middle of desert
    All members are invited with their family and friends

    Event Timing 3:30pm to 6:30pm

    Meeting Time and places(Dubai Alain Road) as under:

    1) Outlet Mall Parking 2:00pm convoy will leave at 2:30pm
    2) Emarat Gas station 2:30pm convoy will leave at 3:00pm
    3) Eppco Lisali 2:30pm convoy will leave at 3:00pm

    Chicken Biryani, Drinks & Kites are available at venue upon nominal payment

    Can we get the GPS co-ordinates of exact location in Desert where this festival will happen?

    Dear Yasir,

    The area will be disclose to the team leader who will be leading the convoy to destination.

    I am looking for 3 marshals to lead the convoy of Dubai Off Roaders.

    Could you advice by what time will the event end ?
    Can first timers join.
    Is this different from the drive posted by Mr.Ahmed.

    Shower will be close by 5:30pm.
    First timers or even saloon cars can also join.
    this is not desert drive, this is event.

    Dear All,

    Following dedicated Marshals will be leading the convoy to destination; as for logistic issues venue will not be disclose.
    They will be pasting “Basant Shower Sticker” on their SUV/JEEP rear left window.
    Request everyone to listen to them and abide their instructions/guidance; as they are the best to decide their strategy.
    I also received calls from new members for level of drive; answer to them is this is Family event and for those who do not have 4×4 vehicles can also participate.

    1) Qaiser Bhai – Dubai Outlet Mall
    2) Adnan Bhai – Emarat Gas Station
    3) Zafar Bhai – Eppco Gas Station

    Due to very big number of participation till date we have already closed list in other clubs and community; we are closing the list for registration for DO by today evening for logistic issues.

    OK guys participation is closed

    This time we have huge participation.
    chicken Biryani, Drinks, Tea & water is available on venue for nominal price.

    We can’t promise availability in case of delay.
