    A big congrats to all of you. It is really great as a newbie to the group to see so many people do so well, learning a lot, improving their skills and most heartening is seeing knowledge and patience continuously passed down from the top to the bottom. The whole group does a great job of helping and teaching others right from the top with our Founder, all of the very seasoned Marshals, and the newest shining (1, 2, & 3) Stars!!
