    Has anyone here had a remote start fitted before?

    I want to get a reputable brand such as Viper, I’ve been quoted 1400 so far

    Just to have the car remotely start you just need a transceiver/receiver – relay and remote, which costs about 10$.

    That’s who I was looking at for the 1400 mark, I can get the kit off eBay etc for around 150 USD but the fitting is a different ball game – I might take the plunge but wanted to see if anyone did it here before. With Viper it’s not just remote start but lock/unlock etc so actually replaces the key

    Many cheaper options on the internet but i’m not going to trust my car security and ability to start it with a Chinese $10 kit!

    feed us with news if you found solution for that since they asking for much money and the kit is cheap

    less electronics = more reliability. This is one of the reasons y fjs r reliable.

    now that u hav 285s u should consider UCAs 😉 😉
