Day and date: Friday 25th Aug 2017
Drive Type: Multiple level convoys depending upon no. of registrations and Marshals availability

Meeting Time: 3:00pm
Drive Start: 3:15pm
Drive End: 7ish pm
Duration: 3-4hrs
Drive Route: Al Faqa to Al Qudra Lakes
Drive Terrain: Small & Medium dunes with nice picturesque landscape and possibility to see some desert wildlife.
Note-
- DO MARSHALS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY PARTICIPATION OF ANY ILL-EQUIPPED OR UNSUITABLE VEHICLE!
- A FULL TANK OF FUEL IS A MUST!
- IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CARRY A COMPATIBLE RADIO TUNED TO DO FREQUENCIES FOUND HERE(viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1454&hilit=Radio+frequency). ALSO PLEASE READ THE OWNERS MANUAL AND GET ACQUAINTED WITH THE VARIOUS FUNCTIONS OF THE DEVICE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HOW TO MANUALLY INPUT A FREQUENCY!! ANYONE WITHOUT A PROPERLY CONFIGURED RADIO, WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN THE DRIVE, FOR SAFETY REASONS!
Checklist:
a) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard.
b) Carry air compressor with you and ensure it’s in working condition.
c) Ensure your 4×4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
d) Compatible Radio is a must.
e) Carry all necessary off-road gear / recovery equipment in good working condition.
f) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).

Working in AD and going to try my best to get back in time for the drive. So i might be a last minute register. If i cant make it have a great drive 😀 .

Newbies can participate??Welcome to the group @issudeen. This is a all level drive so we will have a seperate convoy for Newbies. It will a great opportunity for you to learn. Just don’t forget a get the mandatory equipments i.e. Off-road flag and compatible radio tuned to DO frequencies.

Hi, this will be my first drive with the club. I’ve been offroading since three years but I understand there will be club’s own driver level evaluation. Can I participate?
