FRI 3/11/17 AM Drive in Sweihan with Optional Camp the Night Before (Registrations Complete)

Sweihan Camp (Optional)
Day and date: Thursday 2nd November
Camp Meet: anytime from 6:00 pm
Drive type: Track and a brief crossing of easy dunes to campsite to allow individuals to turn up in their own time
Meeting Point: Will create a Whats-app group with location
Participation: Confirm if your camping when I create the WhatsApp group.

Sweihan Drive
Day and date: Friday 3rd November
Drive Meet: 06:30 am
Drive Start: 06:45 am
Drive End: 10:30 am at the latest
Meeting Point: Will share via the whats-app group (Will be very near campsite)
Convoy Type: There will be 2 convoys dependent on marshal participation
– Fewbie+ max 8 cars including marshals/deputies
– Inter max 8 Cars including marshals/deputies
Entry Requirements/Safety: Marshals decision on the participating fewbies. This is will be atleast a fewbie+ drive. For your safety I will only add fewbies that have sufficient skills for Sweihan.

Etiquette:
1) Don’t sign up and not turn up – your stopping someone else from coming. On limited spaces drive you won’t be added If you have repeatedly flaked in the past.
2) Drive will start on time. Don’t moan if the convoys left without you or message me that your running late. Your choice (a) turn up on time for the drive, or (b) don’t sign up and have a sleep in like normal people.

Checklist:
a) Carry air compressor with you and ensure it’s in working condition.
b) Ensure your 4×4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
c) Compatible Radio is a must. You won’t be allowed to drive without one.
d) Carry enough refreshments for yourself & co-passengers.
e) Have an off road flag properly attached to your car.
