Breaking Dawn II- Friday 8th December early morning drive!! REGISTRATIONS CLOSED

Day and date: Friday 8th December
Drive Meet: 06:45 am
Drive Start: 07:00 am
Drive End: 10:30 am

Drive Type:
This is a 1-2 star drive
Lots of untouched dunes and ridges
It will be exciting but don’t expect an advance drive, this is open to 1 star as well

Convoy Size:
Max 10 including me on a first come, first served basis in order of sign up.

Meeting Point:
Will be posted here on Thursday 7 December

Etiquette:
1) Don’t sign up and not turn up – your stopping someone else from coming. On limited spaces drive you won’t be added If you have repeatedly flaked in the past.
2) Drive will start on time. Don’t moan if the convoys left without you or message me that your running late. Your choice (a) turn up on time for the drive, or (b) don’t sign up and have a sleep in like normal people.

*** PLEASE BE THERE ON TIME! MEETING POINT IS AT LEAST 1:00HRS AWAY FROM DUBAI, SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY
*** A FULL TANK OF FUEL IS A MUST!
*** IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CARRY A COMPATIBLE RADIO TUNED TO DO FREQUENCIES FOUND HERE (viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1454&hilit=Radio+frequency)
*** PLEASE READ YOUR OWNERS MANUAL AND GET ACQUAINTED WITH THE VARIOUS FUNCTIONS OF THE DEVICE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HOW TO MANUALLY INPUT A FREQUENCY!!
*** ANYONE WITHOUT A PROPERLY CONFIGURED RADIO, WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN THE DRIVE, FOR SAFETY REASONS!

Checklist:-
a) Ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
b) Carry an auto air compressor with you and ensure it’s in working condition.
c) Compatible Radio is mandatory
d) Carry all necessary offroad gears, in good condition.
e) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).
f) Please ensure that your vehicle’s Fuel Tank is full
g) Make sure that your spare tyre is in workable condition.
h) your vehicle must have front and rear tow points.
i) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard
