So i have been thinking of getting a drone (to record the offrading drives) but was wondering what the legal implications are, as it seems there is a lot of things highlighted here:

section 2 and section 5, specifically.just wondering if anyone in thr group is familiar with the rules in terms of permissions and permit.
– Do i need that permit for offroad flying kind of thingany experiences that you can share?
My mate just got his license and drones registered. I don’t think it was that painful. PM me if you’d like his details to chat.
