Valentines day out….. Feb 13 & Feb 14 2009

Celebrate your love in style and make it a night to remember in our Valentine’s Special Camping Trip.

Who all are in….. this trip is not only for couples/lovers. It’s for all members of MEO…. who is single/married/divorced.. 😉

Meeting Point: Dragon Mart Parking list 6.PM.Convoy will leave sharp 6.15 ( No waiting)
Expected to reach the camp site by 7.PM

What you need to bring is:

Your Camping Gear which includes Tents, sleeping bags (if you intend to sleep) chairs, your cooking utensils, disposable dishes, food for yourself and people coming along, drinks soft and hard and your Shisha if you like.

Please get along two bunch of firewood on the way.

Please arrange for…
Food for BBQ for self + 20%…
Drinks as per your requirement.
Camping equipment as per your requirements

The directions will be given out at the assembly point (Dragon Mart parking lot).

Our Marshals and the senior members will be more than happy to guide you to the camp site as soon as you get to the assembly point.

Registration for this event is open to all the members, all you have to do is show up.

Dress Code : Red Color … Please No Black or white colors and it will be nice if we can carry a valentine posters which we can stick on our tents. :))
