    Hi every1,
Any input on this GPS model. I researched a bit and it seems to be a rugged model made for land and sea navigation, it can store way points and routes as well. Just wondering if this could be a replacement for the 276C, not for a very serious stuff but for storing a few routes and way points to back track and reuse later.

This comes with EU maps pre-installed at Amit. Has anyone tried loading the Middle East maps in this unit (The free ones after downloading).

    I would appreciate any input.

    Cheers.

    Addel bhaim

Nuvi Serious is useless for offroading as well as not very much portable.

You need a portable, Sensetive and rugged GPS for your nature of offroading / hobby

If you can give an idea of your budget, I will try to suggest you a unit.
