17/11/17 FRI AM Special Rise and shine Open to all members with 5 or more drives with DO

Day and date: Friday 17th November
Drive Meet: 6:30 am
Drive Start: 6:45 am
Drive End: 9:30 am

Drive Type:
This drive is open to all members that have had at least 5 drives with DO (Don’t ask – experience from other clubs doesn’t count)
The level will be newbie++
Make sure you have listed your drives and Marshals that led on your profile to confirm your eligibility.

Convoy Size:
Max 6 cars including me on a first come, first served basis in order of sign up.

Meeting Point:
Will create a Whats app group with location on Wednesday night (please make sure your profile phone number is correct on DO website)
Starting point will be within an hour of Dubai

Etiquette:
1) Don’t sign up and not turn up – your stopping someone else from coming.
2) Drive will start on time. Don’t moan if the convoys left without you or message me that your running late. Your choice (a) turn up on time for the drive, or (b) don’t sign up and have a sleep in like normal people.
3) Please ensure before the drive you know how to program your radio, let your tires down and attach your flag so drive can start on time.

Checklist:
a) Carry air compressor with you and ensure it’s in working condition.
b) Ensure your 4×4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
c) Compatible Radio is a must. You won’t be allowed to drive without one.
d) Carry enough refreshments for yourself & co-passengers.
e) Have an off road flag properly attached to your car.
