In today’s morning drive the convey was split in to two – New bees lead by Thanseer / Intermediate lead by G.Kumar, Andy & sweep by Ashok.
Luckily i was put into intermediate convey 😀 😀 😀 :thanks: Thanseer & seniors for judging my skills and giving me this opportunity..
Well to start with i lost my way to join the starting point, which got delayed by half hour.. :p ..
The intermediate convey was a different n first experience to me :yesss: sply lead my G.Kumar / Andy, i got to experience an upgraded drive with tricky dunes, but :thanks: to the marshal’s for their comfortable lead n support..
I was stuck two times, due to tyre pressure @ 18PSI, later it was reduced to 15PSI with clear instructions from G.Kumar for the gear usage when it comes to speed & momentum in the sand.
later around 12 for my request the convey was diverted to baddayar pt for inflation.. :thanks:Finally i would like to :thanks: once again to all my seniors for placing me into intermediate drive..it was a wonderful experience to me..
I request my seniors to comment upon my today’s drive and give me your feedback which will be useful in future :thanks:
I would always love to drive with G.Kumar / Thanseer / Ashok / Andy / Ganesh / Firoz / Rob(for rescuing me 😉 :p )…

Today I did the newbee drive with my family…as usual The drive was overall good..with few very tricky areas..I would say it was more than a newbee drive and all the newbees can feel proud as they all have completed the drive without any mishaps…and hope thay all had fun..though one of our DO member was not comfortable driving ater a section..But No Worries Amjed took that responsibility to drive that car….Once again DO family courtesy proven..Trust His kid is all well by now…as he was sick during the drive..
Thanseer gave a great Lead…with online guidance for all the drivers..and Amjed and Winchman did a great sweep job…One more fantastic Drive from DO…Special thanks to Roshan for the snacks..the cake was too good and my daughter enjoyed it well.. 🙂
Last But NOT the least..A CONCERN..though I enjoyed the drive…I really didnt feel good for waiting almost an hour and half..for the drive to start..and we were delayed exactly by that time to exit..and we missed our friday prayers…
I would never get bored..or uncomfortable to wait inside the sand even for a day or more..during a drive for a rescue of our fellow member… or for any other reasons…we had several drives like that before….BUT today morning..waiting from 8 am to 9:20 for the drive to start..I personally felt uncomfortable…Nothing personal to anyone..my personal suggestion …those who can make to the drive on time can enjoy the drive..otherwise Bad luck and better luck next time…and few people’s FUN should NOT destroy everybody else’s FUN…
Trust time management would be taken care next time..by all our fellow folks..Just to quote ” time and tide waits for none”

Hi All…
My first time on an intermediate drive. Thanks Kumar sir for including me on the drive.
Wonderful lead by Ashok and Kumar and Andy. Unfortunately I had a pop-out, which lost time for the group.
But really enjoyed the tricky dunes and soft sands. I had 4 other passengers with me and they were thrilled with the adventure. :thanks: all for making it a memorable trip.
Also, Thanks Roshan for the cakes… yummy!!
