Thank you Joe and Benoit for leading a wonderful drive! The challenge of the big dunes, technical and the flow of the medium dunes was superb and some great learning as always had.

Neasboy and Neil, both of you mentioned my name in the trip report but I was not on the drive. I believe it was Jatin who was sweeping as he also drives a silver X 🙂

Thanks to all in the int/adv group it was great drive as usual. Simon it was a pleasure to meet you and drive with you, definitely looking forward to the next time. Francis and Sebastian took the lead at different stages of the drive and both performed very well. Well done to both and thanks for a great drive.

Such a great drive and fun BBQ, I had to go home and wash cream out of my hair (thanks Dr.Knockers).

Started off in the fewbie convoy but with engine overheating issues which I hadn’t seen before, it was decided that I’d join the newbie group. Took it a lot easier and had the heater on for parts of the drive to keep the engine cool. Seems like the viscous coupling for the radiator fan isn’t working properly so need to get that looked at ASAP

All in all was a decent drive, especially with a snapped rear swaybar.

    Until next time.
