APPROXIMATELY 120KMs/1HR+ FROM DUBAI, SO PLAN YOUR
DEPARTURE ACCORDINGLY AND MAKE SURE TO TOP UP ON FUEL!!
LAST PETROL STATION COORDINATES || 24.582050, 55.733212Checklist:
a) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard.
b) Carry air compressor with you and ensure it’s in working condition.
c) Ensure your 4×4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
d) Compatible Radio is a must.
e) Carry all necessary off-road gear / recovery equipment in good working condition.
f) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).Hope to see you all there for some Friday fun \M/

Hi Dean,
A good Walkie Talkie will do. It does not need to be too sophisticated, nor too crappy and you can’t communicate with the rest of the convoy, especially in case of emergency. You can head down to Dragon Mart, shop # BAI05 and get one. If you tell them Dubai Offroaders, they will preprogram the channels that we use on it. You will find numerous brands at various prices. Hope this helps.
