A fun filled Relaxing Drive. (Specially for those who could not Join morning drive due to one or other reason)
Date : 20.11.2009 (Friday)
Time : 2.30:pm Sharp
Meeting Place : Emarat Petrol Pump, Sharjah – Kalba Highway
Route : From Fossil Rock to Camel Rock to Faya, (may be extended to Pink Rock, depending on circumstances)
Level : Somewhere between Fewbie to Intermediate but nothing extreme or Toll taking on you and your car.
Maximum No. of Cars : Preferably around 5, however all are welcome
Disclaimer :- By Joining the drive you understand that Desert Driving is a Dangerous Hobby and you will be solely responsible for your actions and reactions, Guidance will be provided to those who seek.

We are intending to stay back & camp overnight at Al Faya…
BBQ + Drinks + morning drive at saddle point are on the menu!!!
In case one wants to stay back with us, please bring enough food/ BBQ items drinks etc. & camping equipment since the night may be chilly.

🙂CWR team, where are you, I cant understand why we call it a team, If none of the member ever comes forward to support the drive of a member : Record Proves. and that too for the member who always came forward on request of any member for a drive ; again record proves

sorry humsy. u know my tire situation. so i am not going on any drives till i get new tires. plus i am going to india also this week.

Hi Humsafar, Most of us cant make it on the afternoons due to commitments, which i m sure you are aware of by now. We are also still the early morning addicts 😉

It was a good drive, In total 6 cars showed up, I dont know how couple of people from FJ-UAE got my number and asked permission to Join, we welcomed them.
Since all were experienced players , so i decided to make the drive from fewbies to intermediate. The first hour can be safely named as stuck hour. as every one gets stucked again and again. during which we also rescued a group of 4 cars filled with families, venturing in desert with 35 psi.
However in the later part of drive we got the momentum and we drive really fast over all the big dunes till Big Fall via Saddle point, Everyone enjoyed this part most. we sat at Bigfall have some chat and left to homes.Looking forward for another drive with friends
