    Drive Starts: 2:00pm
    Drive Ends: Sunset
    Ending Point : Al Qudra Lakes (BBQ Optional)

    PLEASE NOTE!

    If you are planning for a Barbecue at Qudra Lakes, you would be required to carry a Grill/Pan, as per the law you can not light a fire on wood/coal that is placed directly on the Sand.
    According to reports, Al Qudra Lake visitors have been warned to follow the rules while barbecuing; to start a fire in a conventional barbecue pot or pan; not on the sand. Those who don’t adhere to the rules may receive a fine of Dh500 or more by Dubai Municipality (based on the damage caused)

    REGISTRATIONS FOR THIS DRIVE WILL BE CLOSED ON OR BEFORE 5:00PM, THURSDAY

    CHECKLIST :
    1) Your emergency contact info must be available at Dubai Offroaders website.
    2) Ensure your 4×4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with full fuel tank at the meeting point.
    3) Carry all necessary offroad gears/recovery equipment in good condition.
    4) Carry enough water/refreshments/re-hydration drinks for yourself & co-passenger(s).
    5) Make sure that your spare tyre is in workable condition.
    6) Your vehicle must have front and rear tow points.
    7) Seat belt must be on while driving including passenger(s).
    8) Read your vehicle owners manual to be acquainted with the 4WD system.
    9) Radio (tuned to frequencies used by DO)
    10) Flag

    Hi Sahil its been a long time man. Hoping to join the drive this weekend.
    I followed the link at the top of the page to confirm membership and already payed the fee through paypal yesterday but havent gotten found any link for emirates ID upload yet. Will a link come through email or is it somewhere on the website?

    Hey Sami, it’s been a while!
    Glad to know you’re joining us on Friday. It does usually take up to 24hrs for the membership activation. You’ll be able to register for the drive soon.

    Regarding EID, you would have to upload it in your profile.

    Let me know if you run into any difficulties.. See you soon buddy!

    Thanks for the tip just found it under “edit profile” and will upload all the details soon.

    Really hope I can make it this Friday been way too long since I’ve been on the sands.
