Hey guys,

Anyone knows a place where I can get the Camel Brand compressor repaired? Got this one from dragon mart, usual red one. Compressor stopped working last weekend, powered on intermittently and then died. Thinking whether to get it repaired or buy a new one. If new one, which one you guys would vote. :thanks:

I would suggest to buy a new one instead of fixing it. After all ots a dragon mart product.

Im sure this one lasted u a long time worth its money 😀

Rest the experienced ones would give their inputs.

I bought a VIAir 88p from Amazon. I am so very impressed with this compressor. Very light, hardly any vibration, compact and works like a charm.

A very reliable and economical option to Bushranger and ARB. The only hitch is the shipping but if you have better ways and means of getting it here, then it is well worth it. In case you do, buy one for me as well. I don’t mind having another one.

Bushranger/ ARB, buy the biggest / most expensive model that they have and you will have no complaints and you will save money in the long run.

guys,

I bought a chinese one for 230aed some 4 years back and still doing a good job. I am not sayings chinese ones are good. Out of 10 normally 2 becomes faulty. So if you want warranty get expensive one or just buy another chines one for 230 and use it.

Sure, may be we can troubleshoot together on one of these weekend 🙂 I needed one urgently for yesterday so I picked up another dual cylinder one from Dragon Mart for 300 and it comes with 1Year warrenty, shop owner promised to replace the entire unit once within one year if it goes faulty.

I just came across this offer on a Chinese Air compressor in case someone is interested in a not so high quality compressor.
Nevertheless it has dual cylinders and 150PSI like the ones you buy in Dragon Mart for AED 260.
By now, everybody knows it’s a matter of luck how long this product will keep working.

Dear John,

Power of compressor is determined by the rate of Air Flow / min, not the max PSI rating, this has only 55L/m Air flow, not suitable for 4×4 tires.
The one we buy in AED 250 is CAMEL brand and has 150 L/min of Air Flow.
